Over the past 3+ years, AJM has built a strong working partnership with the University of Leicester, delivering major fire door remediation and replacement programmes across its estate.

During the last 12 months alone, our teams have completed works to 800+ fire doors, including:

• Percy Gee Building – 300+ doors
• John Foster Pavilions – 250+ doors
• Brookfield School of Business – 150+ doors
• Salisbury Road & Regent Road – 100+ doors

Delivering works of this scale across live teaching, research and accommodation environments requires more than technical capability. As a BM TRADA third-party certified contractor for Fire Door Installation & Maintenance and Fire Stopping, supported by ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, quality and traceability are central to how we deliver our passive fire programmes.
